2.2. Terms of access and use of services
a) On principle, access to www.medop.es is free of charge and use. Nonetheless, some of the services and content may be subject to prior purchase of the service or product, the special terms published for this purpose being applicable in such cases.

e) If in order to use or purchase a service on www.medop.es the User must register with the site, the User shall be responsible for providing true and legal information. If as a result of registration, the User is given a password, the User undertakes to use it diligently and to keep the password to access these services secret. Consequently, Users are responsible for the proper safekeeping and confidentiality of any identifiers and/or passwords provided thereto and undertake not to assign use, whether temporary or permanent, to third parties, nor to allow access to uninvolved persons. MEDOP is the owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of all elements constituting www.medop.es, including the brand, business name and trademark. Protected under copyright are specifically, but not limited to: graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, sounds and other elements contained on the website.
In no case shall access to or navigation of www.medop.es imply waiver, transfer or commission by MEDOP, in whole or in part, of the intellectual and industrial property rights thereof to the User.
Thus the User recognises that reproduction, copy, distribution, marketing, transformation, reuse, public announcement and in general, any other form of utilisation, using any procedure, of all or part of the content of www.medop.es, without the express written authorisation of MEDOP, constitutes an infraction of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights thereof.

7.2. Independently of the provisions of the special terms, MEDOP may terminate, suspend or interrupt access to site content at any time without the need for prior notice and without an option for the User to demand any type of indemnification.
The relationship established between MEDOP and the User shall be governed by the provisions of the current applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction. Nonetheless, in cases where legislation provides for the possibility for the parties to be subject to a certain jurisdiction, MEDOP and the User shall be subject to the Courts of the City of Bilbao, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction which may correspond.
