Access to this website confers you with the condition of “User”, which implies your express acceptance, without reservation, of the legal terms published on www.medop.es from the moment you access the website. Therefore, the User must read these general terms of use whenever intending to access, and when applicable, use, the services provided through this website, as these terms may undergo modification.

In this sense, the “User” shall be understood as the person who accesses, navigates, utilises or participates in the services or activities, whether free or paid, that are offered on www.medop.es.

Protected under copyright are specifically, but not limited to: graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs, sounds and other elements contained on the website.

In no case shall access to or navigation of www.medop.es imply waiver, transfer or commission by MEDOP, in whole or in part, of the intellectual and industrial property rights thereof to the User.
